Before there was Fauna, there were a lot of bowls.
Long before Fauna, Laurian had a love of pottery. So when it came to creating our very first product, making it from ceramic was never in question.
There were prototypes. Plenty of them. Shapes were refined, glazes were tested and details evolved until one bowl simply felt right.

When it came to making it, there was only one place to go: Stoke-on-Trent. The home of British ceramics, where generations of craftspeople have been perfecting their craft for centuries.
The process hasn't changed much.
And that's rather the point.

Today, every Fauna bowl is still made there, using the same care and craftsmanship that inspired it from the very beginning.
